The hotel is a great value for money, with reasonable prices and basic amenities. The staff were helpful and friendly, speaking multiple languages. The location is fantastic, being close to Taksim Square and just a few steps away from the vibrant Istiklal street, full of restaurants, shops, and night clubs. Additionally, some rooms offer great views of the city.
Everything was ok, but there is always room for improvement.

It was hard to like anything, I would not get past how filthy our room was.
Not clean. Blood on the walls, hole in the wall, stains on the table and the carpet, soap scum in the bathroom.

The location was good.
The room, expecially windows, curtains and the things in the bathroom were not clean enough. But the bed was ok.

We had a fantastic time staying in this hotel. The location was perfect, with many top attractions within walking distance. We loved how close it was to Taksim Square, making it easy to get around. The room was spacious and had a nice decoration, while the bathroom was satisfactory. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff at all times. The breakfast each day was delicious, featuring a good variety of foods to choose from. our stay was a memorable experience.
The room had some minor maintenance issues, but they didn't affect our stay too much.

Location is great, you can go almost anywhere in a few minutes. Rooms are pretty cosy.
Hotel staff is friendly, but they don't speak any other language but Turkish, so it's hard to make them understand what you want. If you want an invoice for your staying ask it at least one day earlier.

the stay was not pleasant at all. The staff are not friendly at all and do not treat their customers well. the least you expect from them to speak english. they told us they speak our language only when we checked out while we had bad time communicating with them during our stay. the room we booked was not value for the money we paid. conclusion: hotel not recommended.

The location is incredibly convenient, as it is close to everything in Istanbul. Being near Taksim area and night clubs was a bonus for those who enjoy the nightlife. Additionally, the hotel is very close to Taksim Square, making it easy to explore the city.
Everything was ok.

the hotel is rather well located to walk around the center and the historical part of Istanbul.
the hotel rooms and the hall are very dirty, u have to ask all the time to clean the room and the bathroom. it seems, that the bathroom has never been cleaned since the foundation of the hotel. the hotel staf is extremely lazy, asking each other to complete their duties for them.

Stuff is friendly. It is very centeral hotel.
Back side of hotel is very noisy. People hear eachother from their room, even you can hear the elevator from room when it is working. There should be arrngement at the back side rooms of hotel.

The hotel's location is very handy, just a short walk from Istiklal street. The staff were helpful, friendly, and multilingual. The room cleaning was excellent, with attention to detail and regular towel changes. The breakfast offered acceptable food.
Nothing, all excellent.

I could come and go as I pleased; I had internet access;
My carpet had a sticky patch that stayed and stayed for the 5 days I booked in. The most off putting was a very strong persistent smell of smoke in the bedding. Otherwise fine.

The location couldn't be better! Just a few minutes walk to the vibrant streets full of bars and restaurants. , the fact that the hotel offers a fast wi-fi connection and a tasty breakfast is a plus point. The staff was friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.
Sadly, the room lacked some basic amenities like hand wash lotion and an electric kettle for tea, which would have been nice to have. the bathroom could use some updates as it was small and not the most comfortable.
